Update April 3rd 2010
After a very short prep period of only one month I had my opening reception at the Angles Gallery in Fredrick Maryland tonight! The turn out was great and it was busy all night long! Thanks to everyone who attended, I hope to hear from some of your again. Here are some pictures from my show (not the best quality!!) but thats what I get from a digital camera in an area with low lighting :p
The space was beautiful and it was a wonderful reception.

This past halloween i had a great time making my own costume, including a mask and horns from paper mache, all hand molded and painted by me! It was so much fun i decided to continue with the Masquerade after halloween had ended, and that was the birth of my Masquerade series. If making a mask was so enjoyable, painting faes in masks that i dont have the tools to make in reality would be just as great!
Here i am in my mask and horns. Woo! i used pheasant feathers in the front, and black miner bird feathers on the sides. Next year i hope to be able to afford some argus pheasant feathers for another mask, look how amazing they are!
Practically surreal with those 3D dots! they look to me as if they were just MADE for a fancy mask. I just find the absolutly stunning!
